We are not a restaurant or a sports bar. We are a pub where people come to sit a while.

We are the pub at the football ground above Řež, a short walk from the Vltava. Locals, footballers after the match and walkers off the river trail all end up here — often at neighbouring tables.

From spring to autumn people sit outside, looking over the pitch to the hills above the valley. In winter we light the fire and everyone moves inside. What we are cooking that day is written on the board by the bar.

We cook simply and honestly, and the bread comes from the bakery in Zdiby. On Sunday you can sit here the whole afternoon — we will not hurry you.
